现在天亮得早

五点多就自然醒

都不用闹钟的

平时我都是等老公走了再睡回笼觉

今天我改变了计划

在老公出门上班前我就先带着蓉儿奔菜地去了

呵呵～超级勤快哈～

今天给玉米和地豆松了松土

又补种了没发芽的黄豆

这就三个小时过去了

回到家九点多

饿得不行，做了这个简单的柠檬酱肉松蛋卷吃

这个做法是录制天天饮食节目时和一位邻居学的

她用的沙拉酱，我用的是自己做的英式柠檬酱

柠檬酱的做法可以参考我昨天的日志

您没有柠檬酱，用沙拉酱也很不错的

柠檬酱肉松蛋卷原料：鸡蛋2个 清水5ml 盐1g 黄瓜2根 柠檬酱适量 猪肉松适量

柠檬酱肉松蛋卷做法：
1、鸡蛋加清水、盐打匀，平底锅烧热后抹少许油，舀一勺蛋液倒入锅中，摊成蛋饼

2、摊的蛋饼一半抹上柠檬酱

3、另一半洒上猪肉松

4、洗净切成条的黄瓜放在肉松这边

5、从黄瓜这边开始卷成长筒形

6、斜刀切成块即可
