哈喽！大家好啊！朋友们一直看我在T台上或者影视剧中的我，很少看到平时的生活的我，其实我和大家一样，没有工作的时候喜欢和朋友吃吃饭聊聊天。因为我是贵州人，所以对吃情有独钟，但是做为模特的我又不能太贪嘴，吃太多肯定是对不起大家了。从香港回北京一段时间了，除了老吃辣的水煮鱼，别的吃的少，身边的同事一直推荐我去吃一家地道的蒸菜，但是之前从来没有吃过，同事说这个菜吃了又不胖很适模特吃，又营养，又健康，因为全是蒸出来的，不是用油炒出来的，所以说的我很心动，今天终于有机会来品谈一下。嗯！确实很好吃啊！又不腻，非常适合我！而且里面有很多我的最爱，所以今天我就当一次导游，请大家和我一起吃，我会边推荐边吃的！那么开始了，欢迎观临了......哈哈！

 

介绍开始

                      第一道菜   《蒸南瓜》

吃的第一道菜绝对是喜欢美的女孩子的最爱，当然也是我的最爱！这道菜是非常有营养的又美容！而且是抗癌的最佳食品，所以我要特别推荐给大家，近年来，国内外医学专家、学者研究实验表明，食南瓜，还有治疗前列腺肥大（南瓜子可治前列腺肥大）、预防前列腺癌、防治动脉硬化与胃粘膜溃疡、治糖尿病、化结石等作用。

这道菜特别的好吃，平时吃火锅的时候都是煮着吃的，但是它是蒸出来的有种特别的味道，底下在配上粉丝有种很爽口的感觉，第一次就爱上它了，来的话一定要点的菜。肯定不会让你失望。

 

                第三道菜《蒸鸡翅》

大家可能和我一样，平时吃的鸡翅不是烤的，就是炖的，但是蒸的还真是第一次吃，很特别的口感，没有那种腻腻的感觉，吃了还想再吃。

 

                 第四道菜 《蒸蒸日上》

这道菜绝对是我的最爱，最爱，为什么这么说呢，因为有我最爱的玉米，红薯，胡萝卜，芋头，所以我才说是我的最爱，喜欢的东西一下子全到齐了，所以这道菜是一定要吃的，绝对很营养的。

 

          第五道菜《干锅土豆》

为了迎合不同人的口味，所以除了蒸菜也有一些干锅的菜，但是这里的菜做的都吃了不腻，不像有的菜吃了觉得特别腻，让你不想吃，这个干锅土豆吃了不会让你觉得腻。

 

              第六道菜《剁椒鱼头》

这道菜是本店的招牌菜，来了一定要点的菜，鱼头的营养本身就高，配合我最爱的辣，吃起来很合我的口味，不知道你会不会也喜欢，哈哈！尝尝就知道了！

 

                第七道《牛肉蒸饺》

除了吃菜也的配点面食，第一盘上来后大家全部吃光了，又点了一盘，你说好吃不好吃！
