制作方法:

家常臊子鱼

草鱼味甘、性温、无毒,入肝、胃经;
具有暖胃和中、平降肝阳、祛风、治痹、截疟、益肠明眼目之功效。草鱼含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,对血液循环有利,是心血管病人的良好食物;草鱼含有丰富的硒元素,经常食用有抗衰老、养颜的功效,而且对肿瘤也有一定的防治作用。一般人群均可食用,尤其适宜虚劳、风虚头痛、肝阳上亢高血压、头痛、久疟、心血管病人。

猪肉味甘咸、性平,入脾、胃、肾经;
具有补肾养血,滋阴润燥之功效;猪肉含有丰富的优质蛋白质和必需的脂肪酸,并提供血红素(有机铁)和促进铁吸收的半胱氨酸,能改善缺铁性贫血;具有补肾养血,滋阴润燥的功效;猪精肉相对其它部位的猪肉,其含有丰富优质蛋白,脂肪、胆固醇较少,一般人群均可适量食用。

鲤鱼去内脏洗净,在背上划两刀,用盐和料酒抹遍鱼身,腌10分钟,猪肉切碎,干香菇泡开切成丁

鱼不错吧 

锅中烧油,将鱼下锅炸一下

再烧油,炒香葱姜蒜,再把肉末炒熟,下豆瓣炒出红色

加水烧,加盐、糖鸡精、胡椒粉

把鱼下锅烧

烧至汤汁浓稠盛出装盘即可
